We are Bart and Loes and we live here with our two children, Kae and Yuki.
With great pride, we run our B&B with camper spots here every day.
What was once a dream is now our life under the Spanish sun.

We are Bart and Loes. Together with our children Kae and Yuki, we chose to leave the Netherlands and build a new life in Spain.
Our adventure was featured on the television program Ik Vertrek on NPO 1.
From the Netherlands to Andalusia
In the Netherlands, we ran our own businesses for years. Bart as the owner of an SME roofing company, Loes with her home-based hair salon. We were doing well, but we realized we longed for more peace, more outdoor living, and more time together as a family.
We decided to change course.
The four of us got into a camper and traveled for eight months through Europe and Morocco. Along the way, the idea arose for our own place — a holiday destination where people can slow down and truly feel welcome.
A new beginning in Coín
We found that place in Coín, in Andalusia. Here we discovered a finca with character and potential. Not a ready-made picture, but a place where we could create something beautiful.
With the necessary challenges along the way, we built step by step to what it is today: Finca KaYu. A small-scale Bed & Breakfast with camper spots, nestled in nature yet close to everything.
