ENGLISH VERSION – Finca KaYu Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Finca KaYu: our place in Coín, Málaga – managed by Bart & Loes.
• Guest: you, or the person booking on your behalf, including campers.
• Agreement: your booking with us, valid after payment.

2. A short story first

We want everyone to arrive with a good feeling. Life doesn’t always go as planned: delays, changes, personal circumstances… we understand. Let us know, and we’ll see together what’s possible.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings can only be made via our website.
• Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received.
• After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation and your stay is secured.

4. Cancellation and no-show

We understand plans can change. Need to cancel? Contact us; we’re happy to discuss options.

For clarity:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 25% refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., death of a close family member), exceptions may be made if documented in writing and confirmed by Finca KaYu.

5. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 15:00 – 20:00.
• Check-out: by 11:00.
• Arrivals outside these times are only possible with prior written approval.

6. Campers

• Campers are warmly welcome on our designated spots.
• The same booking and payment policies apply to campers as to B&B guests.
• Rules regarding check-in/out, behavior, and liability also apply.

7. Stay and liability

• Your stay is at your own risk.
• Finca KaYu is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves or their group to buildings, inventory, or the property.

8. Behavior and safety

• Please act respectfully and follow staff instructions.
• Serious misconduct may result in removal from the property without refund.

9. Force majeure

• Finca KaYu is not liable for delays or impossibilities caused by force majeure, such as severe weather, pandemics, power outages, or natural disasters.

10. Acceptance

• By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
